What a privilege it is.....to honor my family of origin.... a way for us to evolve any lack of alertness, any lack of equanimity or lack of presence I have experienced from my parents .....

...We only learn what we hear, see and feel....emotional intelligence is shaped by how our parents/caregivers are....

....Everything we do now is being absorbed by all the people around us....

.....Understand them better, that's the only way we will be able to succeed in evolving our lineage....

......parenting from a more spiritual vantage point....communicate without taking any of it personally...

....I understand that my parents did everything they did because it  was the only thing they knew to do....

.....Our kids are soaking up every way we see our parents...we are.perpetuating judgement and fear...that feeling deep inside us we feel..........Touching on what i need to clean up what i'm holding onto against my parents......

....Get interested in mom's story, dad's story....

...We cannot keep our parents separate from us if we want to be divine, and if we want to raise our children in alignment with the divine....

...How to be an example for our parents.....
....Take responsibility for what i took and perpetuated, and blamed them for.....Apologize and thank them...There can be no blame anymore, holding nothing against our parents, so we can actually evolve the whole human race by doing this.....

....We must do this for our parents first......Recognize them for Who Thy Are....and tell them, "I See you....I see your struggle, i see your pain, i see you unequivocally, without judgment, without blame....I see that you are powerful and sophisticated spiritual beings".... First we do this for our parents, then we do it for our kids, our siblings, our friends, our uncles etc.....
......The Air will then become clear.......

....Create and be an example of how to live.....do this for my parents first, before my kids....i really do have access to the teachings, i really can turn the ship around, without lecturing, by just being an example of alertness, presence, equinimity....

....Am I really proud of where i come from.....

.....There is a Responsibility we have as those who teach unity, and that is the maintaining of unity within ourselves....

...The most important thing we can do is speak the secrets....

PRACTICE IS REQUIRED TO EVOLVE ANY LACK OF EQUANIMITY- that is our mission and our privilege.

Why is it so easy to be "spiritual" with complete strangers? With this talk we begin a process of finding a way back to this definition of spirituality with our own families. NOT JUST WITH OUR CHILDREN, but most importantly and primarily with OUR PARENTS.

HONOR OUR FAMILY OF ORIGIN - we must put our parents first if we want to BE great parents.

We must understand our parents to forgive them. We really picked them perfectly."
