Its irrelevant who's idea it was,
the vision of it is subjective...personal..transient...
...Its the role you play in that vision that is in need of understanding now...
...what role do you want to play in the island?...
....what role needs to be filled by who you are and what you have to offer that the world has never seen before....
..its the important skill and work you, and only you, can provide to the success the island ...
..you cannot do this by yourself, because the island is made of more than yourself....
...The vision must be allowed to change if it is to grow, likewise you must allow yourself to change if you are to grow with the vision...
